Something’s cooking in Bethlehem…

North Country Kitchen Collective

Our Vision

To be a catalyst for an inclusive, thriving food economy in New Hampshire's North Country, empowering entrepreneurs to launch and grow successful food businesses, provide food-related educational opportunities, support the viability of local farmers and food producers, and keep money circulating within our rural community.

Coming to Main Street, Bethlehem, NH in Fall 2026.

We’re here to help food entrepreneurs grow beyond their home kitchens.

North Country Kitchen Collective supports local food and agricultural entrepreneurs in the White Mountains of New Hampshire by providing access to a fully licensed shared commercial kitchen, technical resources, and a collaborative environment that helps small food businesses launch, grow, and increase regional access to locally made, high-quality foods.
